Registration fee: $25
If siblings register at the same time, the fee is applied only once.

$70 per class costume fee is due Dec. 1
Boys’ costume prices will be determined by the teacher.

Participation in the recital is optional HOWEVER we need to receive written notification of your child’s desire not to participate by Dec. 1 otherwise we will order a costume and bill accordingly

Tuition may be paid in 2 installments:
1/2 due at registration plus the registration fee
1/2 due by January 10, 2009

Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Personal Check, Credit Card, Debit Card. We take Mastercard, Visa and Discover.*Installment plans require a credit or debit card on file with the office for automatic monthly installments.*

Students will not be allowed into class if tuition is owed past installment dates. Costumes will not be delivered if tuition is owed. Tuition, registration and costume fees are non-refundable
